Film Language Tag: rubber suit

A full-body prosthetic suit worn by an actor. The Godzilla (1954) and Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954) monster suits are two classic examples that actually were made of rubber. Contemporary suits, such as Mr. Hyde in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003) are more often made from foam latex. Kroon, R. W.
